IMG_3661_edited.jpg

As a former Executive Director who worked in Public Health and as a current Non-Executive Director working in the health sector, I have significant experience in leadership, executive-level decision-making, culture, governance and people management.

I have enhanced my experience and skills by completing the Meyler Campbell Mastered Business Coaching program, which I undertook alongside other seasoned leaders across diverse industries and I am accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I am also a trained integrative counsellor from which coaching theories are underpinned.

I have two adult daughters and enjoy spending time with family, friends and travelling to new destinations.

If you are interested in having a free introductory meeting to see if we can work together as coach and coachee please email me at Rhiannonbeaumontwood@gmail.com or fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

My Background

Having served as a board member with a broad portfolio, gaining 10 years experience at executive level and now as a Non-Executive Director and Board member within the health sector, has equipped me with a sound understanding of the business context, which combined with my training and experience in coaching positions me well to support clients to reach their potential. I have also served as a Trustee in the charity sector spanning ten years as a Board member of a Domestic Abuse Service provider and a nursing leadership organisation. I have also had experience of working for the World Health Organisation European Region.

My Coaching style

As a coach, I follow the EMCC code of ethics.  I am an empathic non-directive coach who seeks to build rapport and trust with my clients to enable us to work together to identify what challenges and obstacles the client wishes to overcome. I offer a highly confidential service which provides a psychologically safe space within which my clients can explore what may be holding them back. With the art of coaching it is likely that we will identify and bring to the fore issues which may be both known and unknown to the client. The purpose of becoming more aware is to assist clients to make different choices and decisions about their professional and personal lives and to maximise opportunities to reach their full potential. Investment in coaching can make a tangible difference to aspiring and existing leaders in achieving their aspirations and goals.

I offer a non-directive person-centred coaching environment, which through the art of coaching and the impact of powerful questions will enable the potential of my clients to emerge allowing you to achieve greater success. As part of ongoing leadership development, the benefits of having a coach will enable you to optimise and sharpen your understanding of self and the context around you, shining new light to illuminate your opportunities to do things differently.

There are many reasons why an individual would seek coaching. Check out my client profiles page to see further examples of how I could support you to reach your full potential.
